She used her corporate credit card to make personal purchases that she disguised as business expenses, submitted falsifiedreimbursement requests claiming purchases she made on a personal credit card were for business,and obtained hundreds of merchant gift cards worth more than $350,000, falsely claiming theywere for distribution to focus groups or physicians, and which she and her husband used forpurely personal purposes. The U.S. Attorney's office in Pittsburgh has filed liens more than $1.8 million against a Center Township home owned by Scott and Stephanie Roskovski to collect restitution in the fraud scheme they perpetrated against the Butler Health System and the IRS.
